This sounds great! I may have to try this but with chicken breast bits since I'm not at all a fan of dark chicken meat. :)

Om nom nom! Those look reeeally good. I like the idea of using the bbq sauce as a binding agent. I would never have thought of that. Might be making some of these in lieu of regular BBQ chicken this summer. [ our bbq is on its way out ]
