I grew up with classical, rock, soul and jazz. Young people are missing out if they don't expand in their musical tastes. I used to love this and Faure's Requiem because they were so otherworldly.
Because they are confused about what is true beauty and what is distorted in their lazy minds..to some people..music is 'just a noise', they are missing out and are excluding themselves from something truly wonderful. They might wake up someday...one hopes..Meanwhile Faure continues to pervade the human Psyche and lifts all our hearts to all possibilities..who will remember them?
