  • Anyone notice that the kids in back to the future 2 at the arcade one of them is elijah wood?

  • Michael J Fox went to my mom's high school in Burnaby BC and was friends with one of my mom's friends. Why couldn't my mom have been friends with him?! Arrrrrrrrrgggh! She probably passed him like, a thousand times in the hallway and never talked to him once! Anyways I'm looking at her yearbook right now. And his picture is there: Mike Fox.

  • The reason why he moves a lot is because he has Parkison's Disease where he looses control of his body. I love Michael J. Fox he's a legend and I'm glad he's still a jokester even though it must be tough for him! We love you MJF!

  • watched all three back to the future films the other day.Classics . Don't reckon Biff is that hard lol!!!!Love you Mike.

  • yea he cant sit still it too bad about him he is good

  • He nods his head a lot but that's okay cause it's him :)

  • Grandissimo Michael!!!!!!!!

  • see if they wanted to do a back to the future 4 god forbid but michael could actually play the role alright if they did something to him he still looks young

  • @petereoin If they wanted to do a BTTF4, there would be no Michael J. Fox because last year he said he doesn't want to act anymore.

  • didnt he do the voice of Stewart in that one movie? Stewart little? lol

  • @1wolfdart yep he did :)

  • michael has such nice voice that when he does a cartoon voice he uses his natural voice and it sound perfect.

  • micheal j. fox is tbh post back to the future career

a very underrated actor i think he is a excellent actor and its so sad he got parkinsons

  • You have to grow up sometime. You have to stop and grow up.

  • Mike J Fox for myself, was actually the first actor to have a significant impression on me...I was born in 81 and Teen wolf was the first motion picture that I would rent repeatedly, therefore, the first actor to really make me believe and make an emotional investment on the magic that movies can provide..as I have grown older my respect for him has grown exponentially positive due to readings of both of his books..thank you Mike for being a great talent and happy memory from my childhood.

  • message a cent pour cent l epouse tracy pollan de michael j fox eh bien tracy pollan c est qune personne representante de maestro henri

  • Mi vida lo amo. Es hermoso. Ojalá este bien

  • does he have parkinsons in this video? I feel so bad he got the disease Hes awesome in all his movies and just plain awesome

  • He does, but it's still fairly minor.

  • no its not he is heavily medicated. if he wasnt on pills he wouldnt look minor at all. he says it in a later interview

  • Michael J fox rocks =)

  • michael j fox is the best actor i ever seen, i respect his talent and my hats off to him!

  • @PyroEnchantress Yeah, he's super cute! It's sad though...he got Parkinson's disease...

  • his book is great!

  • Teleprompter-readers are the scum of the Earth.

  • Tough +talented little dude with the heart of a lion.

  • Very interesting set of interviews, learned a lot about him.

  • m j u r fucking amazing ,love wisdom and rock and roll

  • Pooor Mike :/ I hope God have mercy upon you and give you a cure of that horrible desease.

  • It's such a shame. I hope they do someday find a way to cure this awful disease.

  • he doesnt even have parinsons there does he?

  • he was diagnosed in 1990

  • Of course he does! Where are you eyes? :D

Look at his left side arm movements, see the constant not being able to sit still, see the left hand as he touches his face and the lack of stearing exept waving it around in more wider sense.

He takes his seat again and again to get back in place after his involounteering movements etc...

He's most sertainly on meds as the tape rolls, being off causes the opposite effect: not being able to move at all, freezing, not being able to speak properly.

  • wow man. pick your brain up, put it back in your head, and you will notice. and its parkinsons.........?

  • Inspiration for sure, but I think Ali would have done much better too if he had had the same possibilitys in medication like J. Fox has now...

  • I love the Back to the future films and Michael J Fox is always entertaining, obviously he is one of those special people who doesn't let anything stop him, and he is achieving a lot for all those people who have Parkinsons, all the best from your fans downunder in Australia keep up the good work!

  • Michael is the epitome of the coolest person. He is such a bright, smart individual, that you wish you had as a best friend.

I wish him the absolute best.

And as an actor, he is a dynamic entertainer. Its a great lose for america, that he is not able now to perform as he did.

  • totally agree with you. he's an awesome guy

  • Micheal your my hero you never give up and that is a great thing!

  • marty youve got to come back with me....WHERE back to tha futecha

  • mike is the best!!

  • I don't think that they will ever find a cure though they will have one but Yes i agree with others He is indeed a great Actor, but isn't it sad that he has Parkinson Disease, hope that the treatments aren't to harsh though, "Here's looking at you", Take care mate :)

  • @Dulleyes1 of course they will find a cure.. they said that about Polio!

  • BEST ACTOR

  • hell yeah

  • Him and Patrick Swayze are the Two older brothers i wished i had. love those guys.

  • same

  • The shifting is what Parkinson will do to you

  • Is it just me or does he look a little bit like David Spade here?

  • I think it's the hair.

  • it's really less intense compared now, but whatever it may be, i admire and respect him, as a person and an actor

  • it already shows in here that he cant stay still.

  • BEST ACTOR

  • The shifting is a result of the drugs hes on for his parkinsons.

  • I don't know how old he is here but damn he looks good!

  • I feel bad for him, he is so damn talented and it really sucks he got hit with such a disabling disease

  • He inspires me

  • Marty Mcfly..

  • i was a zygote first... lol

  • "they called me Foxxy, till it became a euphomism for attractive, then they stopped..." lol! they were jealous cause you're cute and FUNNY!!

  • Michael J. Fox was recently interviewed and was asked what it feels like to have Parkinsons disease and he said it feels like there is a 4 year old child constantly climbing on you.

  • On Oprah! I saw that.

I love this freaking man, I had such a crush on him when I was little lmao.

  • Simply amazing! What an inspiration to so many Michael and his family have become. Giving hope for healing to those suffering. Not only from parkinsons, also other diseases that seem to have no cure. Knowing we Can make a difference by just living out our struggles while sharing our lives is wonderful. Simple steps to strive for excellence no matter anyones situation...we Can live well and not accept the stigmas of just existing.

  • he has a slight parkinson here.. i wonder when he was diagnosed dose anyone know

  • He was diagnosed in 1991, but went public with it in 1998.

  • He was diagnosed in 1991, he went public with it in 1998

  • michael J fox is my hero, always has been, always will be xxx

  • i hope sombody can come up with a cure

  • An amazing human being who is incredibly intelligent and unique. He is so sensitive and perseptive. I think he holds back his tears and feelings a huge amount! I hope they find a cure.

  • When you have Parkinson's, does that mean you have non-stop shifting? I hope he find the answers to this disease, bless this man! He rocks...

  • Yeah it means you don't have much control over your limbs and stuff because the disease is taking over your brain. It gets worse over time.

  • I can't believe he's 40 here. He looks so much younger

  • m j f is great actor

  • I am his biggest fan and it's my dream to meet him and im really only 13 but i don't care and i love it when he talks and he is the best actor ever and i love his voice and he is still younge loking or looks like he did when he was in the movie back to the future

  • to bad micheal j fox is dying of a disease

  • I don't think he's DYING, he's dealing with it pretty well right now.

  • he looks pretty bad right now i saw him on tv a couple days ago and he couldn't stay still at all he was just moving everywhere and stammering very badly

  • Yeah, there's a few new clips on youtube too... I was quite shocked that it's that bad :(

Really sad.. I hope everything good to him. He's still an amazing person AND he's taking it unbelievably well.

  • lets just hope the stem cell research helps him.

  • Like when he was on Oprah some years back; he just could not sit still; sometimes it looked like he was practically jumping in and out of the chair

  • wat year was this interview in

  • 2001...

  • I love when he speaks :]]]

I love his voice, and him hehe,

But Yeah i feel bad for him :[[

  • i love him too...his voice is so cute. ^_^

  • Gotta' love Canada! They gave us Michael J. Fox and Rush! lol!

  • 2001 HE WASNT SICK YET!!!!!!!!

  • Yes he was!! He was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 1991 and went public with it in 1998! Even if you didn't know that, he is shaking through the whole interview!! Do you even know what Parkinson's is??!! This man is amazing so please don't post comments "dude13zo" when you don't have a clue what you're talking about ok?

  • I wonder what would have happened to him if he never got parkinsons.

After Spin City he probably would have moved on to big movie roles again.

Since Spin City was his comeback I mean.

  • i'm sooo sad...he is a great person, and that disease falls to him.I cannot explain how he might feel.He IS a great actor (and, again, a great person),and I can't understand the people that hate him claiming that he is prankin' us with that disease.I can barely hope to be half the person that he is.

  • Michael has got to grow hair hair back out like this again!

  • Even though Michael is sick, I love his energy (talkative) !

  • soon michael j. fox will be to burned out from the deteriorating effects of Parkinson's to do TV campaigning for Stem Cell research. We need more high-profile supporters of stem cell research to come forward and rejuvenate hope of discovering something resembling a cure through stem cell research.

  • vanessahdepp, did you not listen to the very begining?

    he said 5-10-2001

  • wow he looks so well here , the disease has worked really fast in the past 6 - 7 years and has degenerated him so much

  • hey guys!

does anybody know when this was filmed? i guess for seven or six years. riund that?

  • Love him he. HE has a golden heart my brother used to work for him

  • Does anybody know when this was filmed?

  • did you not watch the first 5 seconds of it?

  • 2001?

  • amazing actor, the coolest of the 80's

  • he's 48 :)

  • I'm a huge fan of J. Fox. I recently read that scientists in Sheffield England made a link between carbonated beverages (soda pops) and neurological disorders such as Parkinsons. Interestingly, Fox consumed these drinks in large quantities over the years and I even noticed him sipping on one during this interview. I wonder?

  • apparently pepsi contributed to his Parkinson's

but i wasnt sure if that was true or not especially since my dad was the one who told me =P

but it would make sense kind of since he was a massive pepsi spokesperson in the 80's and would have drunk a lot i guess

  • how old are you???

  • hes a few months older than my mom so hes 47, 48 in june.

  • How old is this? :)
