@sgauden02, No. The Downey jr Movies are the worst interpritation of Sherlock Holme I have ever seen. Typical hollywood taking a fantastic story and ruining it. Nowhere near the holmes legend. They were abysmal to say the least.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with the frame rate jerkyness in this game. Other games like Aliens vs Predator (2010), Fallout New Vegas, Star Craft II, they work just fantastic with all the settings set to high on my laptop, but this game, even when I turn down settings, it still jerks around. After awhile I just got annoyed, turned the settings all to the max, and ignored it. Other wise, I love this game.
The proper formula to making a Jack the ripper game is using Assassins creed main-general statistics. I.E: instead of having Ezio, we have Jack. Keep the plot and setting. As well the 'never-get-caught' attribute Assassins creed has. That would make an GREAT game. Have detectives to kill, and prostitutes. Man, it's just like Grand theft auto, haha. :D:D

I'm glad I'm not the only one with the frame rate jerkyness in this game. Other games like Aliens vs Predator (2010), Fallout New Vegas, Star Craft II, they work just fantastic with all the settings set to high on my laptop, but this game, even when I turn down settings, it still jerks around. After awhile I just got annoyed, turned the settings all to the max, and ignored it. Other wise, I love this game.

The proper formula to making a Jack the ripper game is using Assassins creed main-general statistics. I.E: instead of having Ezio, we have Jack. Keep the plot and setting. As well the 'never-get-caught' attribute Assassins creed has. That would make an GREAT game. Have detectives to kill, and prostitutes. Man, it's just like Grand theft auto, haha. :D:D

This game does show the bad appearances of the bodies in some cases but only to a certain far. It does show the entire murder in which JTR is cutting out organs and all that and for that this shows some respect to what happened by not supporting the bloodshed but helping people become more of a detective. Good, we can use more people in the detective field.

He wants his family back and he is working for the government so he is bringing criminals to justice. There are some things Red Dead did not need but overall it is not a bad game because it is in the past and is not settled in modern day LA. For Jack the Ripper there are to many reasons to kill these women based on suspects.
