Natural weather typically doesn't form symmetrical formations like this. Especially formations with a centralized point. One can retort with the argument of hurricanes, but they are not symmetrical, nor do the radiate outward from a central location. They revolve around it! Before you jump the gun to say HAARP is fallacy, try to devote some time into researching it's origins and it's science.
