@pat97vette I've heard it referred to as the "Around the World" (with points... see the Frankie95 Choreography vid) or "The Windmill". A cool variation after the spin is to do rock-paper-scissors instead ;)
Man, I totally thought they should've placed. I thought they danced together far better than Mickey and Frida did. But then, I wasn't there, and it's always different in person....
i thought the same thing too, but look at the relative placements on the score sheets - they are all over the place. i think JnJ's with this many contestants and competitors of this caliber can be kind of a crap shoot a lot of the times.
Man, these two are phenomenal. That fox trot starting at 1:15 was inspired. So retro, so energetic, so smoothly intertwined with the beat of that vibraphone. I can't get enough of their style.
me too, they were one of my favorite couples when i first discovered lindy hop! it made me happy to see this video on here of them dancing together again (and not just w/ the silver shadows, though i love that team).
The audience's hoorays are just hilarious. It really sounds like a sitcom's laugh tracks.. :/

Not foxtrot, but (collegiate) shag.

I love how all the girls are clapping and the guys (save Skye) are either reluctant, or convinced they're now fighting for second.
