i dont think that the tandem truck and trailer can haul that much weight...my gross weight was 116K with a triple axle trailer and four axle truck and 116k is very heavy to move and these guys take off like there empty

Oh yeah they do. Most loads are @100K gross, 32K tare + about 70-80K in the box, but get to the end of a field and you can squeeze 90K in a high-side 96" box. A 102" squeezes the asphalt pretty hard.

Never said it was legal... but it gets done. And no - they don't take off like they are empty.

While they're cool, most of the harvest work I've done is so short and on such roads that a road train would be unwieldy.

Also, on the dirt road theme, there are a lot of guys doing oilfield work as well. I've hauled mostly water, and there are a bunch of pneumatic tankers hauling frac sand as well, and a good bit of flatbedding too. Lots of lease roads, which can be entertaining at times.

It's a T.V. show on the discovery channel where canadian truck drivers drive on frozen lakes to haul freight to the diamond & gold mines in the arctic. the comedy is that most of the drivers are not too bright. Discovery seems to think showing people doing their job is interesting, Ice Road truckers has been popular due to the unintended comedy due to the drivers screwups.

hey man really good video and i love the way ur truck sounds as a request can u get a video of u getin on it on the road again on with the camera on teh top of ur truck or on the side view of u goin threw the gears goin down the road with no music cause ur truck sounds awsome and it reminds of the 3406B with striagt 6's that was in the 1990s 379 pete dump i drove awhile back it was the greatest sound and rush i ever had in my life anyways drive safe and keep the videos comin
