@666monsterhunter because he was the one who got the engineered virus basicly, designed for repair most probably... but when the virus was exposed to the world it started mutating? causing different affects to other people... genetics will play its part towards the variety aswell or maybe even the hivemind (liz green) controlled what it would do to him to to help set herself free? same way as alex has clearly harnessed that ability and done the same to james heller in the new game most probably?

It was pretty much designed to be a weapon. Alex's job was to weaponize the Redlight virus (which he then turned into the Blacklight virus). Alex's rare genetics allowed the virus to bond with his corpse, creating Zeus. Greene couldn't control how his virus evolved, as Zeus (along with SH) were the only two infected that weren't connected and couldn't be controlled through her hivemind.

He'll control the fox eventually. The time for that is getting nearer. And? Naruto developed his father's technique far beyond what he could do, mastered 2 special forms and is basically more powerful than any Kage. So what's keeping him from being like the Sage again?
