@phantomhacker90 I think because when the TARDIS lands it stays there and nothing can move it. That's why in the Stolen Earth when the whole Earth got moved, the TARDIS got left behind.

wait.. im confused. the daleks simply opened to roof to elevate so they could open the genesis arch. but the doctor and gang had to go up 45 floors to reach the roof. Huh?
