actually my mother's sony digital camera "broke" one day (no clue what she does with her electronics) and it was only able to take images that had that same exact melting effect. i went outside and took about 30 pictures with it before sending it out to be repaired. i want to be able to do this now on command.
@sonikku1011 as the video says, it's by AY Riders (most likely TDM and Factor6 - Satellite One) - It's a remix of a track by Purple Motion called Satellite One.
Yes it works in realtime, and if you alter the potentiometer the effect becomes more pronounced, but it is such an old camera it doesn't have a video out :-(
Yeah, ich tried it out on an old digicam yesterday. I got some really nice "solarisation"-effects! But i guess i have to get a thinner solder iron-tip first. ;)

That's pretty spooky! :)
And faszinating too-
Do you think it's possible to use the bends in "webcam"-mode so you can watch these blurry images in realtime?
Cheers

Hi Mike,

Got some good stills of it though :-)

Very nice. I've often thought of bending a camera. Very cool results.
