i taught the salad fork should be in the right of the dinner fork.... and the tea spoon should be in the top of the dinner plate, and the knife:the blade should be facing the dinner plate, and i taught the fork and the knife should be at least 1 inch from the dinner plate not under the dinner plate.....
I have the same set of Cristal d'Arques wine glasses :D
I saw another one of your videos regarding basic cooking equipment. I have the same type of cast-iron skillet that you have, and I also put tin-foil under my electric stove elements, for the building I live in uses electricity instead of gas for heating and cooking :)
Very nice addition to the videos. Having worked the service industry for a number of years as a young woman I find it heartbreaking that the average restaurant today can't even lay a knife and fork properly, knife to the right, blade facing in.
Very nice video. I always wondered how to set the table in America. wow..it's basic setting ?? to me it looks like a lot @.@ hehe.. I do like your dishes .. thanks for this video.. :)

I think I have about three of those glasses left. They must be fifteen years old. Yes, I love the cast-iron, I have a few.
The foil is easy on the clean-up and cheaper than the once you can buy.
Thanks for the comment, cheers! KtC

I didn't even notice the knife in the video lol, wouldn't be the first time that I've firmly inserted my foot in my mouth though.
