I had a similar problem at your age. I looked very feminine and on top of that I had long hair. I could have cut my hair but the girls seemed to like it. In my teens it really bothered me a lot. As I got older, however, I used it to my advantage. I gave up trying to be macho and just learned to be me. Don't worry about what other people think. Just be you. If someone of the wrong gender flirts with you just tell them you're not interested.
