I think Johnny shows his acting brilliance in this scene - I just love it. He manages to do so many complicated moves and lines while moving from room to room, and be so funny at the same time. Arizona Dream is brilliant.
did they do this in all one shot? that would be amazing..it appears that way..it just shows how good of an actor depp is...to be focused and in character for over 7 minutes and going in and out of all those rooms talking to people...i almost wish they somehow kept this in.
yeah well huh, remaining the character for over 7 minutes isn't a performance... do you know of theater? Stage acting? You have to remain the character for sometimes, like, 5 hours, night after night after night...
i love theater!! i didnt mean to downplay anything a stage actor does night after night. i just meant with the camera moving around people and in and out of rooms and never cutting for that whole scene is really cool. Timing everything so that everything just kinda flows in a weird way. I like it when directors change stuff up.
