i actually did in 1 week... Lui and tino are the best.. it was really fun learning there! however your director of hiring or whatever he's called was complete douchbag:) no sense of humor at all! the lesson he did once was sooooo booorrring! But overall - it was perfect! thank you so much!

bartending is not all about shaking some colorfull drinks and pouring into a fancy glass. Knowledge about the spirits is the most important.

Every barman knows how to make vodka martini. But most doesn't know what Vodka is, How it is made, What is inside.

When you pour the vodka into shaker, while you are watching its flowing. If you don't know what it actually is, then you don't actually know what you are making.

I'm interested. But I would think that the training would be longer than just 2 weeks. I am checking out the National Bartender's School in West L.A., but I will definitely check The Bartender Training Institute out, too.
