  • reminds me of portal 2 lol

  • cooling fans much?

  • Very nice! I literally have the exact same argon laser head... down to the fan and the placement of the stickers... weird. From that I gather its a Cyonics (Uniphase) SL 488nm. Mine is also rated for 160mW @ 450-515nm and made by NLC. From what I can see you have anywhere from 40mW - 80mW ENJOY!

  • woooo canadian flag haha

  • @catsfromhell1

Yep! If you don't have too many laser graphics files, you have to appreciate the ones you have, even if it's Canadian flag :P

  • now i know how anakin realy blew up the death star

  • make boobs with the laser

  • @willghass OGIIE NO NOT THAT UH YEAH

  • i see everything green now

  • blue lasers are so damn nice. What a pity they are as expensive as nice.

  • Wholy crap, arent you worried about ruining your eye sight with the grene lasers lol

  • @1ownjoo2

    Actually, I'm not worried :P

  • Awsome, I am doing and Argon project right know

  • thats fucken crazy! where do i get one>???

  • eBay

  • @c4r0hv LOL

  • you just helped become interested in argon! i have a project due soon and i really wasn't feeling this element until i saw this!

  • I also have a project due tomorrow I'm currently working on, and before I didn't really think it was important until I found so many interesting facts about it!

  • where u get that diffraction gratings ?

  • From DVD writers. You can find diffraction grating (tiny glass about 2mm diameter) just in front of laser diodes.

  • oh shit, i just thrown away a dvd optics module, about a month ago, damn i'am so stupid...

  • Heh, that's why I always keep this kind of stuff! I also didn't know about the gratings at first and found it out later :)

  • kiedys przyjade do Ciebie do Gdanska to wszystko zoabczyc :D

  • That's crazy bright!! How many milliwatts (or watts?) is that?! And I suppose seeing those designs on the wall is more impressive in real life since since the camera makes it flicker a bit (like in your X-ray video)?

    Good stuff!

  • Check the video description for details. Yes, the image on the wall is stable, not flickering and more impresive in real :)
