thanks so much for the comments :) im glad you liked the vid yeah it took me a while to go upside down without freaking out about falling and being a bit heavier then my friend LOL but thanx heaps ill keep you posted when i put more up :) im hoping to put a pole in my garage <3 xx
Awesome! I'm a beginner too, and it's seriously nice to see other people learning the moves and nailing them! I'm still having trouble with my unassisted inverts, so it was really cool to watch your techniques. Its sometimes easier to pick up things from someone else at the same level as you, and I think I definitely got a few pointers here. Keep up the awesome work girls :)
