Use the lighthouse filename but with any picture i guess, and rename the extension to .bik

There is a StartupVids.txt ,Open it ,remove all in the document ,and you wont have any Valve intro and L4D intro :D

4. Click Properties

5. Click "Set Launch Options"

6. In the box, type EXACTLY this without:

-novid

7. Press OK

8. Press close

9. All done
