Theres a much easier to do the intro tapping.. for left handed people (me) I put my left middle finger (or index) on green, and just do the other notes with my right hand. For right handed people you put your right middle (or index) finger on green and do the other notes with your right hand. Oh and you elbow strum the beginning.

You need to get a GH3 and try playing that song. Then you'll understand. It uses your finger, wrist, arm, shoulder, and even some back muscles. You wouldn't think it does but it does. What sucks for me is that my HANDS actually sweat, and my GH3 guitar kind of got ruined a bit because the sweat seeped into the frets.
