The mining company are sooo very influencial people that's they manage to jump over the municipal/town authority,..and the DENR is so stupid to issue a permit to operate mining without the municipal/town permit....
Does the law ignores the municipal or town authority to stop the mining in their area of juricdition? why the standard operating procedures to obtain a permit to operate didn't work? why they don't have any permit from the municipal/town?
