  • I want u to burn

    Burn for me baby!

Like a candle in my night

    Oh burn, burn for me

    Burn for me!

  • Hey, Mariko, d'you want to get some marshmallows?

  • the cake reminds me of something

"the cake is not a lie"

    ^^°

  • Even trying to make sense of how the movie fits into the game is hard. >_< I dont even know whos eve any more.

  • Maybe this movie shows what happened in japan before the game?

  • Burning hot love takes a whole new level

  • Hold on, what about the mitochondria baby in Mariko? I'm pretty sure telling her it's just a dream isn't going to fix the fact that it's STILL IN THERE lol

  • @hokiepokie607 The sperm hasn't transferred yet. It was interrupted.

  • way sadder than the gamees, makes you feel sorry for Eve

  • This just prove love conquers all.

  • People cannot be this retarded. OF COURSE THE GUY DIED. The last scene is him looking at the cake and reminiscing about the first time he saw the girl.

  • @JForcE777 exactley not to mention being covered head to toe is also a hint he didnt live

  • Wait. So he lived? HE WAS ON FIRE FOR A WHOLE TWELVE MINUTES!

  • @peepeevagi No. He burned up to death with Kiyomi/Eve.

  • @peepeevagi ,No he didn't live. They both died just the way the film displayed it.The ending credits is showing a prologue of when toshiaki and kiyomi first met.Remember in the last scene, when toshiaki started talking to eve about when he first saw kiyomi at the university and her wearing a pink dress?....You just have to pay close attention to these kinds of movies.

  • @peepeevagi

    Dumb.

  • Me like lol.I hope they make a movie to follow up the game one day.Caz i wanna see Aya and Maya's past. This movie was based on the novel. Not the the game. But it was still cool!

  • So how long can this man burn for?

Get him in a fire squad.

  • i appreciate this movie as a fan of the games............it fits perfectly with the game. where can i find a english version of the book

  • @thegreathaji amazon that;s where i got it

  • Ohh did you guys know that Aya Brea mother name is Mariko. I had the feeling that that Mariko is the same as Aya's mother, but I don't know if the timeline fits though. Aya was born on 1972, This Mariko is twelve. If the movie setting is in the early 60's it might fit.

  • @BmCNinJa Mariko of the book/movie PE is not Aya's mother. That's just a little reference to the book's character.

  • I was acually hoping at one point, that his knees would be set on fire as he was walking up the stairs lol

  • GoukipK good job

  • イヴがサンタだったわけですね

  • His arms have been on fire for more than five minutes now. Geeze he has a high tolerance for pain!

  • @pandora3579 Fireproof Soap

  • Thanks for the upload. If only the movie was more enjoyable. It was bordering on decent until the ending came along.

  • Fuse a Human and a out of control Mitochondia and you get the "human torch". Who knew?

  • damn this movie was long and boring. thanks for uploading though.

  • Parasite Eve: The Movie: The Game: The Movie

  • @mmm07 doesnt make any sense.

  • Awesome movie! A little creepy..but really nice :)

  • Really touching ending :((

  • love conquers everything!, even heartless mithocondrya!!!

  • wow i love this movie this is my second time watching it and the ending still gets to me.

  • i'm a pianist and i love classical songs, one of my fav pianist is joe hisaishi and he happened to composed the song 'eve piano version', and it brought me to the game and this movie and i realised its the theme song for this show so awesome! the movie is so great & i'm sure that the next time i'm playing eve song on the piano, it'll be full of emotions, simply because its awesome! <3 thx for uploading this great movie! :D

  • That's what you get for hugging a guy on flames

  • wow! I agree it's a really good movie even it's way back at 1996. Actually I'm watching this because I just finished 3rd birthday and I wasn't able to play PE 1 and 2. So I decided to watch it to know the prequel, it's quite facinating..i guess.^^

btw, I think the baby in the little girl's uterus is aya's adopted sister..IF she gave birth to the baby. :- /

  • @almaxemo

Nope the adopted sister Eve was from the second game, I don't want to spoil it so all I'll say is play the first and seond games they're way better than the 3rd Birthday and if you can't just watch a let's play of it at least.

  • for some reason back in middle, i cried in this movie :O

  • good movie, good prequel to the games. :)

  • Parasite Eve Zero^^

  • I've never played a Parasite Eve game but I stumbled upon this movie and it had me hooked. I think I will go try Parasite Eve out(it's on psn for $6). From what I've heard, it's a good game. The only problem I have is that it looks like it has the "resident evil" control setup. I really hate that. Great movie and thanks for uploading it.

  • @xTripleRRRx

in case you haven't tried it yet the first parasite eve have a more unique control setup might be hard at first to get a hang of but its really good once you do.

and your fear about resident evil control setup is correct regarding "parasite eve 2" sadly only thing keeping me away from the second one

ps. parasite eve 1 is the only game that has taken my "gaming virginity" a second time it had THAT high impact on me : )

  • All by all not a bad movie. I became interested in Parasite Eve, the game, and somehow stumbled upon this movie. One thing that kind of boggles me is why they both die at the end. She could have stopped his mitochondria emitting that much heat and continue their boring Japanese wedding. Seriously, what a douche he is and she was like oh I'm just gonna wash his socks all day and drink tea. Then when he forgets our anniversary I'll be like oh well, that indeed does upset me but shit happens.

  • what a "Hot" love...its time to cool them off.

  • i think the little girl is Aya's mom.

  • The genesis of the Parasite Eve video game franchise....now this is where it began.

  • WHAT IS THIS I DONT EVEN

  • japan has fully armed hospitals, dont play play

  • Mitochondria was defeated by the power of love ! I must puke.

  • They had it all planned out but the one thing they never counted on was falling in love.

Only in Japan does love make you fire proof and beat genocidal organelles at the same time. I feel hot.

  • this movie teaches u a lesson which is

NEVER LET A SCIENTIST WORK WHEN HER WIFE IS DEAD LOLZ!!!!!!

  • Am I the only one thinking: "Stop, drop, roll!"

Anyhow, getting the novel - can't wait to read it.

  • i ve played the game...like...12 years ago...and today i watched the movie...

i didnt know there is a book...gotta read it

  • Uhm! What!?

  • ugh, i need to get back to the game, i miss the real eve with giant claws that makes monster looking, fireball launching rats and mutated gators that can stand on two legs and have electric current running between their jaws

  • Whoaaa...your sex is on fiiiire....

Wait....what?! That's the end of the movie?! O-kay then...

  • oh eve u make me so ho... wait wait ah ahhh AHHHHHHH

  • that gives the term" burning red hot with love" a whole new meaning

  • very interesting movie. I need to read the book and play the games soon. Thanks for uploading!

  • @KIRA94000 The story of the games was completely different from the movie or books, but I liked them anyway; only that if you're gonna play them now, maybe you'll get discouraged because of the graphics and slow game play because those games were for ps one. If you are not the kind of person who plays games and watch movies for special effects only maybe you'll enjoy them. Parasite Eve was one of the first games who lets you upgrade your weapons and thanks to them games like R.E.4 rock!

  • @Jessica8674 Actually. Im not the kind of person that cares for graphics. I still play my GBA, PS1, and N64 games. Im already playing the first game and I love it :)

  • Comment removed

  • @KIRA94000

The first PE is actually one of my fav, the story, music, characters, and pure enjoyment of the game make up for the graphics.

  • @Faerthrienn I beat the first one 2 weeks ago and I beat the second one on Monday. I enjoyed both and cant wait for "The 3rd Birthday", the reason how I got into Parasite Eve in the first place. I dont care for graphics, I do love the story and the music/soundtrack is awesome I liked the battle system but the second battle system was a bit odd but enjoy PE 1 and 2. :)

  • @KIRA94000

Yeah, it took me a bit of time to get used to the movement in the second one, but it was pretty cool too. #9 craked me up for some reason. The first 1, will always be one of my favorites. God, the bonus ending at the top of the chrysler building was hell to get >>;; But one of the things is the OST, i loved both OST's and the third one i got yesterday and it's pretty awesome too. I'm so glad they chose to 'continue' other games besides FF.

  • @Faerthrienn And thanks to Final Fantasy they wont continue Kingdom Hearts for a little bit. Tetsuya Normura should show down and finish one thing at a time or things wont get done. :(

Im already loving the OST for The 3rd Birthday a lot right now. I hope they bring the first 2 games to PSN like they did in Japan last month. Im already a fan of Parasite Eve and I might be the youngest because Im 16 and dont care for graphics unlike the graphic addicts out there hahaha. :)

  • @KIRA94000

Well there are now 11KH games so, i'm assuming they will continue it later. I think FF and KH are the series they are most known for as well as most popular. I'm just glad there moving unto other titles, like PE. It would be cool if they re-made 1 and 2 for the PS3. Really? Well now that's encouraging. So many youths nowadays don't care about anything but 'flashyness'. Graphics are something, but nothing is more important then PLOT.

  • @KIRA94000 yea Pe1 and Pe2 actually mademe recalled much of my childhood memories... And yea it is a very enjoyable game... Have u palyed The 3rd Bithday yt?

  • wooooow the books ending was so much better.. just saying

  • いい話だが…利明の手の火が燃え移らないのが凄い。

    まぁ、映画だからか^^; 小説版とはちょっと違う終わり方だったのは驚き。

  • not what i expected.. but this movie really good.

    tragic love...

    bound to end together.......

    i almost cry..

  • Crying + depletion Full Tissue Box :"(

  • Lol not quite what I expected, but good movie overall, thanks for the upload, now I just need to find a working playstation emulator and working parasite eve torrent..

  • They should make a American Remake for this.

This time it's Aya Brea for the lead role.

  • @lenardregencia NO! NO remakes! We'll only FUCK it up. Just enjoy this for what it is.

  • @Web1234512345 Yeah. I mean the Game version which Aya Brea that is in NY maybe a CGI or anime.

  • @lenardregencia Heck no. American remakes suck! A lot of things get lost in translation. Hell, they were planning on a remake of Robocop. You know why that would have sucked? They wanted to add a robo sex scene. It's like most of the writers for these remakes came from the SciFi/SyFy channel. Gosh, those original movies are horrendous.

  • Look at me!!! ...I am "fireman". My hands, nahhhhhhh, doesn't hurt at all. This movie is making me laugh so much. Thank you, Goukipk for uploading this movie.

  • She's so hot, they both died lololololololo and perhaps melted her nipples off from being so hot..

  • Wow, that was the best video game based movie I've ever seen since Tomb Raider

  • @doanjoey

You do realize this movie isnt even based on the game right? Also to mention the game was after the movie.

  • @Firefoxred

the movie and novel were both mentioned in the game no duh

the events of the game take place after

  • @magicman25103

Perhaps you should see to whom I was replying to before commenting to me :)

  • @Firefoxred

and i was agreeing with you in my own way =)

  • @doanjoey look at the date the movie came out, then look at when the game came out dude, the movie came first based on a book that inspired the game.

  • epic ending....truly an amazing movie

  • HEY WHERE ARE THE NMC's??? lol

    nice movie

  • no monsters huh?

  • i bet the real ending is when she has the baby the cloverfield monster is born xD

  • that what passion is about....they are on fire!! hot hot passion

  • great!

  • is that the so call burning love of passion!? 0.o

  • Comment removed

  • Nothing can beat the power of love! :D Love is the light of all emotions while the others are it's shadow - hate, jealousy, rage, sorrow and so on :]

  • @Crimzonite well said i too have read the novel and the game parasite eve 1 was a sequel to the novel, what i cannot understand is the 2nd installment of the game where in the neo mitochondria etc stuff has been developed in just 3 years time. and now here comes the 3rd birthday.

  • QUIT THINKING OF HER N JUST DIE && FEEL THEE BURN ALREADY GOD!!!

  • @wolfsrain357 Ah what is blazing mitochondria fire when compared to his feelings for Kiyomi? lol

  • Great movie, kinda cried a bit in the end. now i feel like reading the novel now

  • The video games are not sequels to this movie. They're sequels to the novel which this movie is based off of. The movie ends differently than the novel, especially with the fact that, in the movie, the Ultimate Being apparently dies in Mariko's womb when Eve dies. But in the novel, the Ultimate Being is born, and dies when the mitochondria in Toshiaki's sperm rebels against Eve's mitochondria. This matches with the story Maeda tells in the game. The games are sequels of the novel.

  • @Crimzonite And Eve in the game said her "sister" but on the movie she was Eve's mother.

  • Time,to watch Walkthroughs of the game now.Since I know the story and how people get set on fire by EVE.

  • @kevin34334 The 1st time I saw the fire part of the game I was like "is that a witch" and in the end of the game i was like " Oh it's science.

  • hmm yea definetly a strange ending turned out to b more of a love story.decent movie tho. kinda sad and screwed up but yea, i guess mitochondria have feelings to lol.well now i know why the ppl in the game spontaneously combusted. i guess i need to read the book now. and play both games now.

  • The japanese know how to make a good movie that isn't the problem, the really problem is they really don't know how to make a good ending whatsoever.

  • Why hasn't the sheet caught on fire yet?

  • I now pronounce you "husband and mitochondria".

  • Ummmm...... will the girl have the twin that leads to the actual game? or was the little girl a twin? or was eve the twin? Was the man that burn at the end alive? since they show him at the end.. did the eve girl love him without the cell telling her too? what was up with the other lab lady, she seems to love the lab doc? am I making any sence? did the movie make any sence? pfffft. brb going to a lab and invent some brain cell's. :d

  • That 12 year old patient is Aya Brea and Maya Brea's mother right? And the so called "Eve" told them that, that patient carries the ultimate being within her. Will that mean that Aya and Maya are both the ultimate being she was talking about? Is that the reason why when Maya donated her kidneys to Melissa, the same thing happened? And Melissa became Eve, but it was actually Maya's Mitochondria that took over Melissa's body? 0.o

    Whoa. 0.0

  • @CarAccidentExdee99 Actually amigo the truth is the Mariko from this movie is not Aya's mom. The movie took place in 1995. two years before the NY incident. The reason why Aya's mother has the same name as the girl from the movie is to connect the story from the movie with the videogame. So no, Aya is not related to Mariko Anzai or Kiyomi (Eve)

  • true love hurts, it burns you alive..hahaha...I picked up a lot of lessons from here:)

  • Joe Hisaishi's compositions are so great.... so much emotions, but the story could be more sad, romantic and epic, for instance, the movie could of expand the love between the two, and Kiyomi could of sacrifice herself to protect humanity, etc ,etc, but I could not ask more out of a movie made from the 90's, well done.

  • @DemonsBlood21 In the novel the Ultimate being was born as Eve fell to pieces (unable to hold herself togther), he did die with his "child" in the novel but in the movie died with eve, so the game was correct and not a mistranslation

  • LOL

  • Actually if you play the game right after, it explains the rest of the details.

The mitochondria lives on and somehow makes it's way to New York as Aya battles it. I would recommend playing it.

Also, beautiful movie; some corney parts, but it's only natural looking back at the date this movie was produced.

    5/5

  • Man, this movie is so beautiful. Joe Hisaishi's score really had me in tears throughout the movie.

  • K, that burning the whole body was fucking dumb...do the mitochondria have the power to suppress pain receptors too?

  • NBA JAM TOURNAMENT EDITION?

  • Oh yes go ahead and join the fire the girl in the black dress

  • not bad for the cheapest movie ever made. even though it came before the game i think it would have been much much better if it where more like it

  • i dont get the ending...could someone explain?

  • That was a great movie!

Aww but it's so sad both of the couple died =(

    Now it's only memories

  • i thought at the end he would be crispy

  • nicee ending (=

    <3

  • Deep

  • Well I liked the movie, I watched it since I just got the game and wanted to watch the movie first but... what the heck...

Didn't that girl have it's baby inside her? what happened to it? did it just disappear inside her? And what about the main character guy who hugged her while burning to death? was that him at the end with the Cake? how did he survive.

Anyways a very nice movie 5 Stars yes.

  • you are her son!

  • I think that was all of Toshiaki's past when he first met Kiyomi.

    And I don't know of Mariko's kidney but I think it's gone... I think

  • I was wondering if its even possible to keep your wits while being burned alive, I watched this movie a long time ago in a japanese channel and I really love the song.

  • didn;t know such thing like this exist!

  • The whole no nipples thing must be a genetic defect. When Melissa is pregnant in the museum...no nipples... Durng the fight at the Statue of Liberty...NO NIPPLES! Oh well, the movie was great. This is my favorite game and it was great to catch a piece of the awesomeness that is Parasite Eve.

  • イーエヌディー

  • if ur into books i think ull like it. this ending was good. no one can re create this. im still waiting fur the new game as well.

  • After watching this, I am now 1st on the hold list for the book at my public library. I thought the movie was good. It may not have been as gruesome as the book apparently is, but I thought this ending added a note of tragedy that was quite powerful. It reminds us that the Japanese characters for love and sorrow are pronounced the same, "Ai." It's rare to see a horror movie have such a moment of beauty in it. Bravo.

  • o nome parasite eve é do jogo mermo ou isso é outra coisa? ta me zoando que isso é p.e...cara no creo.

  • in all of the movies that i've seen, I've NEVER seen a guy so happy when he's on fire!!

  • @hewiehavoc12

No kidding.... it doesnt even seem to hurt...

    Must be magikal flames..

  • Lame ending.

  • Wow!!!!!!!!!! O_O)

  • do you know the name of the sound used at the end of this movie, i like it and the movie too, quite sad though but they didn't show monsters or manipulated humanoids, i hope they remake it, tha'll be awesome!

  • @ARNAKLDO Eve by Joe Hisaishi

  • Man what a disappointment... Parasite Eve was such a harrowing and gruesome novel at points, yet this somehow manages to miss out EVERYTHING... Definitely my next project...

  • ....And then afterwards the game is made

  • Wolfrun you just ruined it.

A very sad prequel but worth the time I'm glad i was able to find it and it was very good translation though a few spots were misspelled it was still very good 10/10 now i definitly know what happened in the game(the story was somewhat confusing

  • This was absolutely fantastic film (10/10) and i nice prequel to Parasite Eve 1 game. One of the best films i have seen in years!

  • O_o

    o_O

    O_O

    o_o

  • Well this fills me in on the pre parasite eve game XD interesting to see Aya and Maya's mother and how the eve gene came to be

  • What is this song? feel like FF

  • So EVE had no nipples on her milky bits and the doctor was obviously flaming...hmmm.

  • @WolfRun59 Its a japanese film, its actualy against the law to have any pornography in Japan. Thats why there's so much anime porn, they legally can't show women in a demeaning manor. Or thats at least what I have been told by my friends who lived in Japan for Military purposes. Makes sense to me just because of the volume of Anime porn and what not.

  • @StevieFrye ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm huni...look up paradise tv..................porn channelin japan...................their wrong

  • @StevieFrye Actually there is tons of pornography in Japan. The rule is that pubic hair is not allowed to be shown and neither is the penis or cooter. To get around that law, those parts are pixelated in movies.

Manga will show a character blowing another, but the penis is invisible or covered with something so that just the shape is there.

  • @WolfRun59 The flaming is an actualy reprisentation of what would happen if all mitochondria in your body released their energy at once.

  • 泣けた。

  • yay! flawed science at its best! oh wait... this is Parasite Eve we're talking about?

  • is mariko the mother of Aya y Maya? o_O I have just understood all, the novel first then the game, o_O I guess all the people game first then watch the movie or the novel jeje ^^

  • What the hell did I just watch?

  • I wasted 2 fucking hours for this?!

  • great, now they should make a remake version based on the ps1 game.

  • Wow

    the movie is very fantastic

    I LOVE IT

now I know what is the story that maeda talks

about in the parasite eve first game

    Wow

    I WANT A REMAKE!

  • LOL @ the "umbrella" colouration of the badges xD

  • ok the NOVEL came first then they made the film(the film leaves out so much stuff from the novel thats why it sucks and is confusing) then parasite eve 1 and lastly parasite eve 2 ( 3rd birthday is in production)

  • In PE I the name of the mother of Aya y Maya is MARIKO. The movie is not very good, was in the 96, they should launch a remake better maked.

  • worse movie i have ever seen

i like to play the game better, more interesting

  • The game is a sequal to the novel.

So this is bassed off the novel.

In the first game it talks about the novel.

    So uh yea

  • to me its more like how they're trying to tell us the story behind the point Maeda made in the first Parasite Eve. but in a movie critic point of view, i agree this movie a bit lame and slow. about later half of the movie is kinda slow. btw, i do think that Eve got emotion cause she evolved. that's why she can laugh and announce her arrival....though it was kinda pointless...

  • The movie came out before the game. i guess we can't expect gun fire in this movie

  • oh yeah, u're rite. no wonder it suck. i think if it was release after the game it wud b better.
