Funny how it says it can be messy but hands are washable. Think about the next time you go to a public restroom, your messy hands have to pull your clothes back up them you have to open the door them you have to cut on the water (depending on the type of sink,) ugh now if the sink was in the stall it wouldn't sound so disgusting. @ladytiger325 might take some getting use to, but you practice with it not on your period and there are several folding methods so you can try out which one is best. They hold about an ounce of blood and you only bleed about 2-4 ounces the entire time. Try using a diva cup and if you have a heavier flow you can just change it sooner

Do NOT use hydrogen peroxide to clean cups!!!! It damages the silicon! Use cotton balls with rubbing alcohol on them to lightly scrub your cup, let it dry completely and rinse. Again NO HYDROGEN PEROXIDE!

@polkadorable Rubbing alcohol shouldn't be used either. If you accidentally don't rinse it completely, that can cause BIG problems...Not a good idea. Just plain old unscented soap and water works good! If you're really worried about bacteria (although it's silicone so it doesn't harbor bacteria), you can boil it.
