Amar'e was simply touching him. It's definitely Bogut not gripping the rim tight enough.

@JasonDaPsycho It IS a flagrant foul. It isn't intended viciousness, but when a player is in air, if you touch them just a bit, there are huge consequences (as seen here). Nobody is saying Amare tackled him in mid air and pounded his chest or some shit, but it is still a flagrant.

This is because of that retarded "no hanging on the rim" rule that the NBA put in...players are all conscious about not hanging on the rim for too long so they don't stabilize themselves before letting go and then stuff like this happens
