Look, I trully believe genetics has alot to do with it. Dub does not touch wieghts, dint think he ever has. But if your trying to increase your vert, do a ton of squats, and calf raises. Along with constant just plain vert jumping. If tou want to be a faster runner you constantly run to build form and speed. Same with jumping. @takashi94 Well, you're actually not supposed to bend your legs when you do back handsprings. Your legs are supposed to be as straight as you can possibly get them. Bending them actually makes it harder to get back up to do another one. So it takes that much more energy to do more of them in a row when they are bent because your body stays lower to the ground instead of staying high up to get the next one over. But these guys are good tumblers though, but if they cleaned up they could be better.
