The Potters season have finally came to the end. The East Liverpool Potters lose in the first round playoff to the Vicking Valley Panthers. I want to congratuate the Potters for an outstanding season. They finish the season 6-1 at home and really pleased the Potters fans. But the Panthers won 29-3 Its very unfortunate that our season ended this way, but the Panthers were a better team. Their outstanding running game excelled, give them credit they earned the win. One more thing, Big Reds lost.
Potters are in 4th still. We play Licking Valley at home on Saturday. The defensive line coach switched up some plays that obviously didn't work lol...plus the ref's were awful! I don't think the clock stopped once for us...even when we ran out of bounds! Oh well, liverpool should be used to bad ref's by now....it's become the norm. GOOOO POTTERS!!!

Potters won 29-20, they turnover the ball twice early, but was able to build a 29-0 lead in the 4th before Cleveland John Marshall scored late touchdowns to make it 29-14. The final scored appeared much closer than reality, as John Marshall scored again on the game final play.

There was a person like that where I live who was the high school beast because he hurdled someone at least every game. But as soon as he got into college he started to become trash. There is a difference between highschool and NFL.. If he even gets that far. If he does, then congrats to him,

I live in the town where this happened. As amazing as the play was, Marky was flagged for jumping over the kid. That part ticks me off though. He had one of the best high school plays ever and they flag him! >_< Ticks. meh. off.

So happy to see my hometown team get some national attention! Way to go Marky & way to go Potters.....we haven't had a winning season since I was a junior in high school, 2002!! My step dad is also a coach on the team, they hired a lot of new coaches & it looks like it's paying off!!

LOL sooo a kid makes a play look sweet he's not a super star just 1 cool looking play, also good thing you guys don't cross boarder to PA cause teams like Farrell and Sharpsville would dominate these schools. both teams are shutting teams out weekly 71-0 was sharpsvilles last game and farrell had a 68-0 a few weeks ago.

@SuperTim01 LOL you wish , watch game footage of those teams i know when i do im like holy shit, Farrell would make you fake a injury just looking at them from being so scared also the team they beat 68-0 is a school who only allow good sports players in there school and they scout kids, OHIO teams suck compared to PA especially Teams like east liver pool and hubbard not to mention brookfield lol ive seen these teams play and they dont have enough talent to hang with Farrell or Sharpsville.

@kriebel17 Sounds to me as if you have a little jealousy, If you graduated 4 years ago and are over the highschool sports scene what are you doing watching this? Personally I don't know the mentioned player, but what he did was amazing! As far as what ESPN had to say, of course he is average afterall he is in highschool he is still maturing but give him a couple of good years and you never know what might happen.

Like i said our schools are better than this one in the video i see highlights on the news all the time and east liverpool loses all the time, now Farrell dominates week in and week out so does sharpsville and thats why they have championships and are state ranked constantly.
