set the resolution to 720P on my video after that , settle the screen size to maximum step back at least 3-4 meter/13feet/

and tell some one to play it ... you will notice something different and also you will not be able to notice anything over punched .... :DDD Enjoy , and comment the tutorial

You don't NEED Sony Vegas Pro to do this. I followed this tutorial successfully with Sony Vegas 7.0.

You must duplicate your video first.

you make several video tracks, the one u mask ur eye on should be at the top, the original with no masking done to it, should be at the bottom, then u wanna add the effect to the top video track

it is kinda hard to explain in text, but i hope it helps

I love your tutorials, I subscribed last night or the night before because I am trying to learn all the tricks for sony vegas. Not only are you very good at explaining, you are ENTERTAINING, which is something missing from a lot of folks who do tutorials. Also, you don't use distracting and too loud background music that drowns out your talking or go so fast that I can't grasp the steps lol.

ive done things like this in photoshop cs4 , its alot more specific but it can be hard to keep it perfect unlike this which u are just movings a selected area sorta thing (im rubbish with fiilm edditors) but this is a good tut for begginners i spose

also, by using the tracking tool in Adobe After Effects, you don't have to move the mask frame by frame, it does it all by itself

this is good for vegas, as far as effects go

if you want to get a perfect, movie like effects i recommend using Adobe After Effects.

Vegas is better for putting your clips together. not effects

be good to be able to use something like a colour pixel tracker. Us a few referance points and the computer should be able to track the masking effect to each frame and to where the next frame will be, making it ezyer than by maunaly doing it frame by frame by hand.
