All that sounds are just the guitar sequence that he recorded at the beginning and then the synthesizer he is playing along the song that then he also record in that moment , beacause almost at the end he takes the white guitar and we still can hear the synthe.

you could get a loop pedal that does that for about 250 dollars it has about 8 loops on it u can connect drums and keys and stuff aswell
