@beautybookxoxo My absolute favorite toner is the Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner (comes in a blue bottle). It gets rid of any makeup thats left over after washing without stripping my natural oils. I prefer this over ones with alcohol because this doesn't feel harsh and still gets the job done. Plus its only about $7 and one bottle can last up to a month even if you use it everyday. Good luck!
