Marta, if you use Thunderbird, instead of Outlook, it has built-in heuristics that learn what is spam (with a little bit of teaching). It works very well. I hardly see any spam nowadays.

Also, you may care to look into using sneakemail. com for submitting such addresses. Sneakemail addresses can be created on-the-fly, for each particular place you submit an address, and can readily abandoned. You can see where the spam's coming from, too.
