  • I bought a small loom to start making some scarves for christmas gifts, do you think I could use boucle yarn? Has anyone tried and what was your experience,

  • @stuwoo68 Hi! Boucle yarn works wonderful for scarves. You can definitely use boucle yarn in a loom. In many ways, it's easier to use boucle yarn in a loom. With both traditional knitting & crocheting, sometimes boucle yarn can be challenging because it has an uneven texture and you don't get the whole yarn on the hook/needle properly (it can split). With loom knitting, the pegs will make it easier to see the entire yarn when you lift the first yarn over the next yarn - thus avoiding splits.

  • Very well explained!!

  • O.o I really didn't know that...

it nice to find all this info in one video thanks!

  • ive been crocheting for a year now and can only make scarves and baby hats. i've attempted to make beanies for myself but the size never works out. is there a way to size it up before you start? i know with knitting you use gauges. what about crochet?

  • It's a nice video, but I don't speak english and I don't understand very well .

I am learning the language and the stitch with your videos.

  • You are a great teacher. I used to crochet and knit, but let it go for over 20 years, so I am a beginner again. Thanks for being so clear in instructions in your videos and on your website.
