And when I hear "counter-part" I kinda think of it as Leon and Lola, Rin and Len. But they aren't canon shipped with each other. Rin and Len isn't even twins! So there's nothing that says that KaiMei is canon just because they were released together.

@TheKimgentry I didn't start from Meiko (i came into the fandom after miku's append release, right before the Kagamine's) but the way I went through the vocaloid was mei-kai-a little miku-kagamine etc... But i love Meiko

∞ sign on hand suits Meiko better than 00. Because Miku is crappiest of Crypton's vocs (and her number is 01), twins were a lot better (02), and Luka is best (sorry, Kagamines) of Character Vocal series (she have 03 tattoo), so looks like number represents coolness level.
