The game is A LOT smoother when you are actually playing on the GBA. Its a fun but challenging game.

I used a program called "guncam" there are a few others around that may be better but it serves its purpose. You can set area and resolution to capture and it has a crude editor to trim to the bits you want before exporting the file.

You can use "Virtualboy Advance" - an emulator to run the game. You can get the game as a ROM which you load into the emulator :) No gameboy required! Yay.

You could try eBay or Amazon and your local market or car-boot sale if there's one near you? Some sites sell econd hand GBA games too - search for second hand GBA games. Hope this helps :)

Yeah - of course it suck in comarison with the PC version but the PS2 port had better hardware and the game itself was held on a DVD - this verion is from a battery operated hand-held-pocket-device with a 256MB cartridge. It's stupid to compare a Gameboy to a PS2 or XBOX 360.

Yeah, I was surprised how much they managed to cram onto the cartridge. The sound is not too bad, my recording makes it sound much worse than it is and they managed to sample in the speech from the PC story-line too :)

ill do it when i have time, but i noticed a flaw about max payne for psp= there is no right analog stick to aim with!!! rockstar may fix this though...

Oh yeah :( A bit tricky to overcome unless... the right hand buttons are for movement, the analogue stick for aiming and the d-pad for changing weapons, pain killers and reloading etc and the shoulder buttons for bullet time and dodge shoot ;)

Max Payne is not based in a movie. It's an original videogame by Remedy. It has some kind of link to the Matrix series (bullet time, black-dressed agents, etc.), but it is not based in any movie.

Almost - apart from the fact that this uses a 3D (isometric) angle and not a birdseye (plan) view. Apart from that, yeah, it looks exactly the same as GTA 1.

Yeah - people tend to take technology for granted now days. It's a great little hand-held system when you think about it - can't knock it :) The graphics are good in my opinion and it makes a good conversion, although the controls do take a bit of getting used to.

yeah - that's just me, lol. Took me most of the clip to get used to the isometric control layout. Once you get used to that, it plays really quite well.
