Watched the karate kid and realized jaden smith has a bigger ego than the sun. His only way of acting is putting on a supposed hip voice. There are 1000 more talented kids that could have done this movie instead of him. The way his face has attitude like he has endured slavery all his life is so false. He overacts and look how arrogantly he has his foot on the chair then at 4.40 it gets too uncomfortable then gets back in to position at 4.53. TALENTLESS!- I wonder who his Daddy is?

They keep saying that this is a remake of the original Karate Kid. This is an insult to the original movie and once again the public goes for a Hollywood Lie! This movie focus is on Kung-Fu and NOT KARATE! Japan and China are two different cultures and it was better to name this film The Kung-Fu Kid! The original Karate Kid was focused on Karate and kept to the theme of the title of the movie. A good film, but I'm sad that the Jada and Jackie used the original title for monetary gains

its called the karate kid becus wen he first gets to china he only knows a bit of karate and he uses that to defend himself, but when that fails to work , he was taught kung fu...and no that doesnt mean that kung fu is better than karate its just that he didn't know enough karate to defend him from kung fu, and since hes in china he learned kung fu, im sure if he was in japan he would have learned karate.
