Thank for making this! It made me cry!! =) My father served in the Marines for 23 years. I know I spent time without him, but I'm so proud of everything he's done! He is my hero in every way! Thanks for posting. My brother died in Iraq a few months ago and his kids and i miss him very much. his kids told me last night that their daddy was their hero and now he is their guardian angel. I know he's mine. We love and miss you so much Josh.

this is a great video its hard on kids when daddy leaves or mommy in some cases my husband left for iraq in january and its hard on my kids

I lost my dad in Iraq in august of 2005. He really was the worlds best dad!!

a father cannot be replaced...soldiers/warriors are born everyday...from your comment, it sounds like your father was the a patriot...i am truly sorry for the loss of your father but,...when asked where's your DAD...just reply, "he's right here in me". i've been there my friend.

My dad is on his 3rd tour in Iraq, it's probably the hardest thing my brother and I have ever had to go through, just saying goodbye to him and not knowing if he's going to come home. Thank God we have each other. Lt. Jacob A. Sanders 2nd Brigade of the 3rd Infantry Divison.....TAKE CARE!!!

i was in iraq. it was a shit hole and it was a hell. and i got in a big gun fight and got hit in the left knee. so thay seent me home. i am happy to be home woth my wife and kid
