Hey i got a trick for ya to try in slow motion. I invented it myself, its a stationary trick.

You leave your back foot on the board and your front foot kicked back. While the board is up, grab the nose of the board with your back hand (right hand; regular - left hand; goofy) then pop the board with your hand and rotate it 180° frontside. its almost like a nosegrab salfip. i don't have a name for the trick so... call it whatever u want lol
