IMPS is probably the most creative work. Best fight scene is probably RvD2, though Duality was nice for their work with the double-blade and dual-blades, and with nice effects considering its age, and Contract of Evil had the advantage of brutal fight styles and Darth Maul. Best story is probably Broken Allegiance.

TROOPS, not only is good as a parody, the mixed stores of a cops episode and the alternativ vision of how the storm troopers are make this the best of them all.

George Lucas in Love - 1999. Dir. Joe Nussbaum. This short film is a surprisingly well made fan film. ohh this is tricky. seen a good number . The first I saw that realy impressed me was TROOPS, however thats not my nomination. That goes to I.M.P.S. The Relentless. It has it all, good props, production value, sound & FX. A little bit of comedy in places. The style of a fly on the wall production lets it tell the stories of these men and women. I.M.P.S. remember the good guys wear white.

I do appreciate the graphic work of IMPS The Relentless, but TROOPS is my fave because it's so clever at using the Star Wars myth in a way that exposes audience prejudice against Storm Troopers only because they're masked. Lucas exploited audience prejudices. The clearest example of this is in Episode I: the audience never observes Darth Maul commit a crime, so Lucas had to mask him like a Devil. I felt sympathy for him. Looks are not a good reason to kill anyone. TROOPS redeems Lucas's writing.

I ~DON'T ~ know whyyy CONTRACT OF EVIL hasn't been mentioned. IT has MORE production value than some of these other films and although it lacks some of the higher CGI ship elements other fans films have. THe creator and producer didn;t have 13 NRED friends to do FREE work. HE actually PAID for everything you see.

Star wars Gansta Rap, the flash animation made years ago, the beats and rhymes are so well done and thought out the song will ring in your head for days.. a true classic watch and you will know the animation is very well done and matches the song and vocals so well. encapsulates the entire original saga so well...
