Well I'm not sure. I've been taking stemulite for about a month and my sleep is OK, but it always is anyway. But it has definitely helped my bodybuilding; before I started the stemulite my best one-arm curl was 25 lbs: Now it's up to 40 lbs for two reps. Also I am seeing some fat loss and definitely muscle growth. I doubt it's as effective as, say, injected deca, but it does seem to have slight anabolic properties

. First off the idea that you shouldn't trust anything unless you verify it yourself is unrealistic.

Here's how science works: The procedure is to submit your findings to a refereed journal. The research itself requires a science lab, large amounts of research money, etc. Thus the point of the peer-review system is to provide you with reliable conclusions). Not pefect, but more often than not they are the best source of information we have.
