@SoloFilDallas That's exactly what playing is - practice. Though it feels to me sometimes that I'm faking it if I only practice a riff. I feel like I'm cheating when it's not coming out of heart when playing. It seems to me when I hear a riff that I really like I should be able to play it straight away. It's not that way, though.

Learning to play is practicing a lot and I only realized it recently. Gonna have to learn everything again only starting it 'right' this way.

@SoloFilDallas Being to impatient to listen to You talking for an entire hour I actually prefer this very video to the tutorial. It's easy enough to see what You're doing on the fretboard, it just takes a few seconds for that retarded head of mine to catch up and follow what exactly You're doing. And a whole lifetime more to learn to play the licks You play.

@DeivasLT Oh don't tell me. I almost can never watch myself again on tutorials, I hate myself lol. I only try to be completely exhaustive in contents, but I end up exhausting the people lol. It'll take you one month and you'll be doing it far better than me, this and the rest. It's only practice. You know I don't have any special talent, just intense practice :)

Good job. I have a 1960's reissue Les Paul Gibson too just like yours but my pickups are different looking are dual black pickups. I bought mine back in like '97 of '98 for like $1,700. Gibsons are my fave guitars and I have a SG Standard and use to own a Studio Lite. My other main electric is an old Epiphone Sheraton from my great great uncle who died and he was a country songwriter for like Hank Williams and ole country singers back then. I love Freebird.

I was wondering if you could either give a lesson on, or just play Dreams I'll never see by Molly Hatchet. When I listened to Free Bird my first time, I was like under shock!

I listened to it first, but I didn't realised it!

It was a important moment in my life, it really changed something!

After that I had to listen to it till I really understood it, and I'm still listen to it, but now I understood everything!

That feeling is something you can't describe, you have to FEEL it!

I listen to Collins play the Bird every day and I want to learn how to play it myself. It's one of my goals in life.
