@gamers700 No, there isn't. It's a myth. At least with controllers where you're sitting 5-10 feet away max. The difference in latency there is basically zero, physically.

But I'm not talking out my ass, some streetfighter guru did scientific tests. He concluded there was no difference between wired and wireless controller lag. And he thought there would be a difference before he did his tests.

It's a myth, but I'm sure most people will continue to believe it because it sounds logical.

Soft drink manufacturers have contests when you buy their drink or reward schemes (air miles?) You get free toys in cereals or rewards with packets of food. In the real world people have incentives to make what they offer more appealing. Just because this is the internet doesn't mean incentives should not be given. DSP invests $200 in a figurine now and in a few months he would have made that back and then be earning more. A mutual relationship using youtube as the tool it is.
