I watched a very interesting video on you tube last week in which a 24 year old Taliban representative was interviewed on American television almost begging for the Americans to take Osama bin Laden off there hands. It was filmed Jan/Feb 2001.I have searched and searched and can no longer find it. Where has it gone and where on the web can it now be found?

However, the Taliban just needed to hand over Bin Laden and al-qaeda and the invasion would not have taken place. So, again the onus lands on the Taliban and al-qaeda.

I see translations that credits Saudi Arabia more or that the Israeli attack on Lebanon towers is how he got the idea for 9/11, but I see no translation that says anything other than him admitting full direction of the 9/11 attacks.
Please find the translation for the October 2004 video, where Bin Laden DOES NOT admit al-qaeda perpetrated 9/11.

I have the translation of Bin Laden denying any involvement with 911. It was from 28th September. Interestingly in the interview he states-
The United States should try to trace the perpetrators of these attacks within itself; the people who are a part of the U.S. system, but are dissenting against it.

Um, the issue here is Bin Laden's admission from October of 2004. Not anything right after 2001, where Bin Laden lays blame on America instead of the men that actually crashed the planes.

There is no denying that the Mujahideen were allies at one time. After all, "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" is not a new strategy, but this does little to prove that 9/11 was a vast conspiracy by the United States to invade Afghanistan for a pipeline.
