Stupid asses. Revving a diesel or a gasser up that is warm is not beating on it or hurting it. There is a reason there is a rev limiter on trucks. To keep you from blowing the engine by revving it up to to high an rpm. The purpose is to let you know what the motor and exhaust sounds like. These trucks are not brittle. They are made strong to take abuse. This is not abuse. Stupid asses.

Everyone agree never to buy a vehicle from Joe Ursy Auto Group? I'm game, any dealership that will mistreat a vehicle like that especially a diesel will not be a dealership I use or recommend. Oh and Joe Ursy people, in case you didn't know, and I'm pretty sure you have absolutely no clue and nor do you care, high RPMs are BAD for stock diesels. Way to go idiots.

It'll start to sound like a diesel once the DPF + EGR is deleted and pilot injection is turned off. Right now, it sounds like a V6 gasser :(
