@damnedchick: the question at 6:00 relates to the pilot of "Firefly"; in one scene, Inara Serra is seen with a small syringe kit which Joss was apparently laying in as a back reference that he never got to follow up. While people assumed it was a suicide kit, and that assumption works in context, Joss said on the DVD commentary that he had bigger plans for it. The questioner wanted to know what those plans were.
