  • Great and poignant clip, I sensed an awareness from the band that the days were shorter ahead.. Respect to the greatest drummer I have ever seen!

  • RIP you legend

  • Thanks! I was at this show! It was a good night for music in Billings MT. Tommy Castro came on before this. He is one hell of an act to follow I'll tell ya that- but this was sweet- I wished for another set!

  • what a drag..he beat cancer only to be taken by pneumonia....one of the all time great!!

  • A great video- from a backstage point of view we don't get . And it reinforces why I argue that Little Feat is the best damn live band of my life. Once got a chance to chat with Richie about my first Feat show, Georgetown U with Paul Butterfield, Bonnie Raitt and Arthur Big Boy Crudup. I'll always judge drummers by this high standard. Rock on, Richie

  • Thanks for this video Chris!..I have been so very very fortunate to be standing on stage at other shows dancing and feeling that magnificent beat pulsing with that same incredible view...definitly just like standing right there again~RIP RICHIE YOU ARE MISSED PROFOUNDLY!

  • RIP Richie. Godamn, can't believe you've left us. Going to see the Feat on Wednesday with a heavy heart....

  • met Ritchie in NYC, very kind and humble musician. Absolute MONSTER drummer! All our prayers and love, get well soon.

  • Sending Richie Love and Prayers......

  • Thanks for posting...Richie Hayward one of the all time great groove drummers., godspeed to his recovery!
