I did all his exercises and some of Carole Maggio for 4 months (May to Sept) diligently. I would spend 1 hour exercising my face. For instance , i would do this same cheek exercise 30 times X3 and hold 30 seconds. As hard as i tried, i didn't develop any muscle. I was hoping the exercises would help with my flat cheeks and jawline. Sadly, nothing worked. My cheeks are as flat as ever

Man, i think you have very strong bone structure, so when you lost so many fat from your face, you've got the chiselde face... I dont know, but i'm not so sure that this exercise could make face chiseled if you dont have a strong bones... Sory on bad english... cheers...:)
@Daubche Nah, my bone structure is not that great. I got small bones man. It's all in how hard you do it. For a while I was slackin and just puttin on weight. I'm lookin better now at around the same weight as in the vids, cause i do the exercises everyday again.
Hey Josh I'm following your lead here but the mouth piece does pull on my bottom lip do you have a method or type of mouthpiece to avoid this slight pain?
i got a question, wat if one side of the jaw is bigger than the other. how would exercise the weaker side to make it even with the other side. Also how long would it it take to see results on it
Hey Josh I'm having trouble filling the thinner parts of the jaw muscle. Any tips for that? I know hitting exp pecs at different angles builds muscle in different parts of the chest but I can't find a way to do the same for the jaw.
One thing that I notice about the jaw muscles is that less is more, I'm not sure if I'm the only one but if you go on exercizing them for a bit too long they don't get as big as they should.

There are a few reasons. This is a webcam recording vs a quicktime recording. I lost 10lb in the last 2 weeks. My hair is longer. I do everyday, like someone who works out everyday his body, vs once in a while; same with face, I have a good routine and low carb diet for the moment. The camera and light are a big difference too. The light of the day by my window was in the camera, vs the dimmer room light I normally record in. Keep up the workout!

@guitarastig Yeah, I would give it a few Months for the better results. Like with any exercise muscle building. You need around 3 months at least. But you will see and feel results in the first week or 2, just wait for more dramatic. Like with weight lifting it is a life long thing.

use a rope instead, it has helped me ALOT and a rope last longer.
