Its a gibson, song writer but in a black finish for dave. Also the thunderbird is the bass, firebird is the guitar, and its usually a firebird studio, no longer in production as of 2009. Firebird studio is a set neck vs neck through and normal humbuckers vs minibuckers. Dave rarely plays les pauls. And he has been known to rock the acrylic dan armstrong guitar.
