Thanks for this- my late parents and sister were refugees transported to the USA on the Harry Taylor in Jan. 1951 to New York. My mother was pregnant at the time; she wanted never to board a ship again afer that long miserable winter Atlantic crossing. As it sank today, I watched a piece of my family history go to its own final rest.
