Animos para que sigas mejorando cada dia un poco mas y puedas ilusionar a todo el mundo que realmente disfrute de este arte.

  • @JohnyPolice Muchas gracias por tus palabras y, sobre todo, por los ánimos.

  • Simply beautiful.

  • @GhostofLenoir Thank you. I do appreciate it.

  • You handle cards beautifuly, the cut was unmotivate, and the the disapearence of the cards was magical, but the production of the cards was not, cutting to cards is and act of skill and implys the cards were in the pack, i think this could be fixed by having the cards cut then placing the hands over each packet riffling the edges and procede, implying the cards were not there at the cut but magicaly appeared on top during the magical gesture hope you know what im tring to say, i love your vids.

  • @TheBradTobin Thanks for your suggestions. In fact, it is the spectator who cuts the cards, otherwise it wouldn't be magical at all as you already pointed out. I'm afraid I don't understand your suggested procedure: spectator cuts four packets, each hand goes on top of each one... and then show each ace on top? I'm surely missing something.

You too have some nice vids. Thank you!

  • very very beautiful DBL !!

  • @piyokung Thank you, although I'm not really sure what you meant.

  • Genial. Qué maravilla de magia y de editing

  • @carlosaolonsomayo Muchas gracias. Espero que te sirva de motivación :-)

  • how long did it take you to learn this routine?

  • @RaphaelVdb When I set to learn this effect I was already familiar with many of the techniques in the video since I used them in other effects. Only after I was pretty conversant with them, I attempted this effect. Arturo spent a whole life perfecting his techniques and effects; therefore you cannot expect to learn them by just investing a few months work.

On the positive side, once you learn them you'll be rewarded with a set of techniques and thinking that will greatly enhance your magic.

  • @arthurits true'er words are hard to find :-) you're pretty dedicated. I think you'll love Michael Vincent's work as well...

  • @RaphaelVdb Yes, I do love Michael Vincent's work. He is truly devoted to the art of magic. I find his approach to magic (study, practice, technique, performance, conception...) really inspiring and motivating. There are many other underrated magicians such as John Carney, Miguel Gómez... and many other that fall into this category.

Very few magicians (either pro or amateur) show interest on these issues, so I'm glad you do.

  • very nice performance, the only thing is that there seems to be too much 'overproving'

but I don't think that matters much in such a beautiful routine. besides that, brilliant.

  • @RaphaelVdb Thank you! I take your point. That’s typical in all Ascanio’s cardwork.
