The "dunk" in pro basketball is the most overrated feat in sports. It amazes me how people are so impressed when a man 6'8" to 7'-0" dunks a ball in a round hoop 10' ft high in the air.

Jordan was incredible due to the distance he could "fly" to a goal to dunk, Spud webb was incredible as he was only 5'7".

Watching Lebron James dunk in any form is not impressive at all. I'm impressed at his ability to score points in the clutch though. The "dunk" pump is an NBA marketing scheme.
