This video is misleading. Members of the LDS faith, often called "Mormons", have nothing to do with the polygamist sect in texas. Members of that sect are called Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-day Saints(FLDS). LDS beliefs are completly different. Are you sure that theists out number atheists? It may be true that the majority of the population are theists, but I'm willing to bet that many of them are very moderate with their beliefs. The way I see it there are a few theists here, a few atheists there and the rest of the world just goes with the flow and doesn't really care if gods exist.
