The WWE is required by law to make sure that the wrestlers had a safety environmental. Seems like in that case, they failed it.
Also Vince rewarded wrestlers who take steroids, not the guys that took them. Doesn't look like if WWE is a safety environment to me.

Of course people were cheering for him at the height of his career, and I was one. His finishing move was awesome, he knew how to sell his, and his opponents, move in the ring, and he was true to his character. Then came the unthinkable. @barbedbobsy Benoit wasn't in his own state of mind. He suffered numerous concussions throughout his career, that damaged his brain over time. He also was taking drugs at the time, (likely steroids and anti-depressents), and he was suffering from depression as he never got over Eddie Guerreo's death. An autopsy revealed that his brain was BADLY messed up at the time. All this combined caused him to lose it. To me, this wasn't cold blooded murder, it was a tradegy.
