@eduvanv there are several ways but as he mentioned global illumination + well positioned light source is great to achieve it.

@ToxikModz I'm sorry, but I don't have the files any more. It's easy to replicate though. Use a cloner object in Mograph with a normal cube, then increase the height and number of cubes. Then make a floor and add a Mograph tag to the floor and the cloner, then duplicate the cloner, then render it out. Hope that helps.
